OTLS uses an innovation framework that incorporates two lenses: the design thinking process along with a standard process for project management. We believe that the design thinking model provides a critically important way of iteratively thinking through, imagining and prototyping new possibilities and is an essential skill for all innovation teams.

 

More important than process is the mindset we bring to the work. Mindset is more complex and difficult to develop than merely following a defined process.It requires us to think differently, to see differently, to relate to risk differently, to act into a new way of being through how we relate to challenges, ideas and our relationships.
