What is Finance?

 

Finance is a part of the toolkit that all OTLS managers will use for understanding and resolving business opportunities. Knowledge of finance enables OTLS managers to understand how they can influence the process of value creation, which is the core of any business forecast .  Finance also measures business performance and redistributes resources in order to improve OTLS’s profitability and financial position.  OTLS believes finance is the mechanism through which our stakeholders fund life activities, actions, and experiences.
