Lansana Nwosu was born in Cairo, Egypt in 1997, but spent most of his childhood predominantly in Toronto, Canada. He graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Arts Degree( Art history). Lansana later attended Eastern Florida College and Kilgore College on a full scholarship for basketball, earning two state silver medals and a silver medal at the NJCAA National Tournament. Currently, Lansana is playing professional basketball internatonally, however, he is working diligently to pursue a career in the National Basketball Association.

 

Outside of basketball, Lansana is involved in music, modeling, and acting. He was featured in Vancouver's Clothing Brand Reigning Champ’s Campaign with billboards placed in various markets including, but not limited to; Vancouver, Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, and Japan. He was also featured in many commercials nationally and even had an EP “The Born Prince” reach over 100,000 streams on Spotify by the artist named “6K”. As part of his long-term philanthropic goals, Lansana founded a clothing brand, “6K” where 15% of all profits will help those less fortunate.
